In reply to Maria. This is exactly what happened to us. My son quickly wore through the heel of his first pair, customer service was very easy to work with and sent a replacement pair. It was only a few months before the second pair also wore through the heel. We love their other shoes, which have all held up very well!

Just discovered this brand today! My friend’s kids had them on. She says they’re the only boots she buys for them anymore! They hit all the markers and won’t break the bank!

We have loved Ten Littles shoes for our four year old grandson, have been very happy with them. The rain boots, however, have not held up past four months of regular wear. His first pair wore out in the heel area of both boots within a few months so water made its way in. We thought it was a fluke as their shoes have held up so nicely. We ordered another pair and the same thing happened within four months. We contacted them and sent them photos. Their customer service is excellent. They offered us a credit, which was lovely though wasn’t really necessary. We just wanted to pass on our experience with the rain boots. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

I ordered these for my daughter, thinking they were an easy win for her first true rain boots. They were so heavy! I can see that they might work well for a 5yo, but for my 1.5yo they were a no-go.
