Do you think maybe i should try half size up or is it ok for a little bit of feet width to be outside shoe liner?

I often swap around my wool insoles between boots of different brands, so I think it can definitely work. My Wildling wool insoles do a lot of heavy lifting for me and tend to fit in most other brands.

I’ve heard a few negative things recently while they were switching their customer service to in-house (it previously was outsourced and was not great). It seems like there was a huge delay in response time and a lot of people lost in the cracks. I’m hoping that they get through the rough patch and that it’s not going to be a longterm issue. Because that would be a big deal!

Please know that Vivobarefoot online website has horrendous customer service. They are not honoring their return policy, and the email responses are all AI generated so you can’t get any help. I will never shop from them again. I had to report them to my credit card company. Plus, they have someone (probably not related to them) trolling their Facebook page, and all the complaints, pretending to be customer service and they tried to scam my asking for my birthdate, credit card login information, security code and more. Buyer beware. Just look at some of the comments on their Facebook Page. I thought it was just me but many, many similar comments online. I hope others have had good experiences, but I would warn you mine has been just terrible.
