It’s not the same fit as the Geo Chelsea, it is lower volume and also wider in the toe box.

I tried the Vivobarefoot Geo Chelsea but it was too high volume. Do you know if the Sensus Chelsea is the same fit as Geo Chelsea or if it’s narrower/lower?

Hi Shahla, I can’t say for certain if you’ll be able to add an insole – this will mostly depend on your foot volume. Lems has some great boots with a more hefty sole.

I’d also suggest checking out this list of wide toe box options that don’t have a barefoot sole.

Hi,
If I get a vivo barfeoot sensus boots, will there be room for adding an insole? I want to get just one pair of boots that can last a while, has roomy toebox and relatively barefoot. Also, can you please suggest any options with a little bit of sole, like the barebarics zing models? I’m new to barefoot, just got a pair of zing shoes. I have extremely flat feet, so I prefer a bit more sole than true barefoots.

Can you exchange Order AS108013 for one size down, 7 or Eu 38? I wear sizes 7.5 Regular and 8 Narrow in sneakers, and I’m much less used to ordering boots. It’s a real shame when you don’t get to try shoes on in person, as I’ve done with running shoes many times. I apologize for inconvenience I have caused you.

I don’t think any of these Chelsea boots have both a side zip and are waterproof.

April, I missed this comment back in October but I’m curious what you ended up doing. Did the Tari II break in for you?

Maybe Vibae or Duckfeet would be right?

The Vivobarefoot Sensus or Explorer Chelsea would probably be the best balance between durability and ground feel, IMO.

Could you please suggest a few brands for me? I am in my early 50s. I don’t like too much heel. I like soft leather and I like Katie holmes style – I tend to like clothes from madewell, anthro etc. I appreciate it!!!
