We have been trying to get more Angles shoes in our shop this past year and unfortunately due to some production issues it’s all been very delayed. We are going to be getting some black Nyx chelsea boots with the winter lining soon, but that is the only model this year.

I finally got in contact with someone who has been very responsive. They had some serious production delays with many shoes arriving damaged that couldn’t be shipped out (shoes that people had ordered). They have finally been remade and those orders can ship out now. Perhaps more importantly, they just hired a new customer service person who should start responding to people. They are aware that international customers have gotten the shaft and I hope that these developments improve things. I’d love to get an update on how things play out.

Gosh I don’t know what to say! I hear a smattering of people saying that things take a long time and they’re not very responsive but as far as I know they are still operating. It’s on my radar though and I will try to find out more info. I also emailed them asking what was going on and didn’t hear back yet…

Hi Anya, I’m having the same issue with Angles Fashion. I placed an order a few weeks ago and followed up last week but they’re not responding to me. Have you heard any others sharing the same?

Sand, I am sorry that sounds so frustrating! I do have a contact there and know they’re operating, but this is a little concerning. I’ve just sent an email asking for info – I wonder if their English site does not have accurate contact information… They can take a while to ship but they should be communicating with you.

They don’t pick up their phone (not to mention on their website there is still a number of an ex-employee, and has not been edited out; there is however another number to call, but nobody ever answers, regardless the time of day or week I call). They don’t answer their email, and I have sent a pretty lengthy inquiry, because I need some details before placing an order. I’m at my wits end, and all this communication blackout is extremely concerning, and not inspiring consumer trust AT ALL.

If I were buying for me, I’d have abandoned them long ago, but my husband really loved one of their models, and I wanted him to have exactly what he wants. I have never seen people more adverse to getting customer’s money… At that point literally the ONLY thing making me believe they are even a legitimate business is your review. Are you able to come in contact with them at all? Do you have any idea what is going on?

They are moving their production to a new place and relaunching all their products this fall – I think that’s why things are not showing up on their site. I don’t know exactly when everything will be in…

Currently yes, because we don’t carry the Dafne in our shop and I am not aware of any other retailers.
